Based in Bad M\u00fcnstereifel, North Rhine-Westphalia, bhv Verlag GmbH has been providing practical IT and business solutions for many years. Our goal is to equip both small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and individual users with tailored software and in-depth expertise. Under the leadership of Managing Director Dieter Dedeke, we offer a carefully curated portfolio of products and services in the areas of security, photo and image editing, system optimization, and office applications. This offering is complemented by our proven technical literature, which helps both beginners and those switching to new technologies to confidently master complex technical challenges.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The history of bhv dates back to 1984, when the home computer and PC markets began to grow rapidly. In the 1990s, the company made a name for itself throughout the industry under the name bhv Verlags GmbH. During this period, the publishing house gained widespread recognition through, among other things, the highly successful book series \u201cDas Einsteigerseminar\u201d as well as the distribution of popular educational software such as \u201cWinFunktion Mathematik,\u201d which was added to the portfolio in 1995.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Expansion and Change in the 2000s<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

At the dawn of the new millennium, the company operated under the name bhv Software GmbH & Co. KG and evolved into a versatile, independent software publisher specializing in digital media, education, tools, and games. In 2003, bhv successfully began marketing its products internationally in North America and other European countries. The company also made its mark on the market by launching its own gaming labels, such as Rebel Games (2004) and XIDER (2007). In 2006, bhv Software GmbH & Co. KG was ultimately acquired by net AG, marking another milestone in the professionalization of its core business.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

In January 2016, what is now known as bhv Verlag GmbH (originally founded as Eyfalia Publishing GmbH) was established to combine the brand\u2019s strong traditions with fresh, modern ideas.
